New 44 for Lochaber

Lochaber has taken delivery of a new 44 appliance today. The new Lochaber 44 is based on a 2014 Isuzu FTS800 crew chassis, is 4 x 4, and carries 4000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz F3L2011 motor / Darley 2.5 AGE pump. It replaces the existing 27 year old Hino based Lochaber 34
