More command cars in Region 3

More new command cars have been delivered in Region 3 over the last week. All of the new vehicles are based on a Mitsubish Pajero. Chaffey Group recieved two new command cars, Mallee Group took delivery of another vehicle (call sign Karoonda Car 1), and Ridley Group received a new vehicle. All are replacements for existing vehicles.
