An historic fire engine rally and craft fair, will be held at the Redruth gaol, Burra, in the states mid north, on October 29th & 30th 2011.Sponsored by the National Trust, History SA and the Burra Regional Tourism & Business Association, the weekend will include old fire engines on display, including Diamond Ts, Reo, Model T Ford, Dennis and more, Grand Parade through Burra on Saturday and Sunday, a Craft fair, including jewellery, Woodwork & Leather goods. There will be fire engine rides throughout the weekend, and plenty of food & drink stalls. Entry is just $2. If you have an historic fire engine, bring it along!!
