The Conference started on Saturday with most participants travelling down from Brukunga to the Australian Mineral Foundation in buses.
Registrations for Saturday and Sunday were filled out with six seminars available on Saturday to choose from.
The Conference proceedings were opened by Vince Monterola, Deputy Chairman of the CFS Board & VFBA Board Representative.
The Keynote speaker, Rhonda Baker, CEO of SA Farmers Federation, spoke about Believe in yourself, and Learn.
Louise Rogers, formerly from Volunteering SA, now a lecturer in Volunteer Studies spoke about Enjoyment in Volunteering.
Bob Kearney, Instructor in Leadership, then spoke about Visions for the future and Excelling in what you do.
Bethlyn Franklin, Minnipa brigade, presented her painting entitled "backburn" to the CFS Board, on behalf of the Women of the CFS

Leah Cornell from Nutrimetics, provided participants a chance to win a Basket of Nutrimetics products.
The winner of the basket was Andrea Haig from the CFS Region 3 Operations brigade.
The Conference dinner, on Saturday night was held at the Belair Park Country Club.
The MC for the night was our Regional Officer from Port Augusta, Trevor Finney - dressed in his shorts (he never wears long pants!).
Guest speaker for the night was Dr Samira Peera who gave us all an insight into her life, from Zanzibar to where she is now, a Doctor.
