Site News Return to News Archive New 44 CAFS for Ironbank Submitted On Thursday, March 2, 2023 Submitted By Pip Ironbank took delivery of a new 44 CAFS today. The new Ironbank 44 CAFS (Compressed Air Foam System) is based on a 2020 Isuzu FTS 139-260 chassis, is 4 x4 and carries 4000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz F3L2011 motor / Darley 2.5 AGE pump. It comes fitted with an LED light bar and Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It replaces the existing 28 year old Hino based Ironbank 24, which will be sent to salvage. Return to Top of Page
