34 for Moorook

Moorook took delivery of a 34 tonight. The new Moorook 34 is based on a 2019 Isuzu 139-260 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011W motor / Darley HE500 pump. It comes fitted with an Engel fridge and equipped with a Stihl Chainsaw. It was previously based at Glossop. It replaces the existing 19 year old Hino based 34, which will be allocated to another brigade. Thanks Adelaide Emergency Media for the photo.
