Women of CFS Workshops

The Women of the CFS committee will be holding their bi-annual workshops, aimed at women within the CFS, SES, NPW SA, Forestry and MFS. There will be six workshops held around the state - one in each of the CFS Regions. The workshops aim to give women in CFS, and other services, an opportunity to "come and try" various hands-on topics, to meet, and network with other CFS, SES and other fire brigade members. While the Workshops are aimed at issues relating to women within these services, it is NOT a "Women only" event. The workshops will be held on: May 18th & 19th at Roxby Downs (Region 4) June 8th & 9th at Brukunga (Region 1) June 29th & 30th Port Lincoln or Wudinna (Region 6) July 27th & 28th Kersbrook (Region 2) August 24th & 25th Karoonda (Region 3) September 7th & 8th Mt Gambier / Naracoorte (Region 5) For further information about the workshops, please contact Pip McGowan pip@fire-brigade.asn.au For pictures and information on last years Women of CFS Conference, check out our links page
