Oodnadatta took delivery of a refurbished 34 today. The new Oodnadatta 34 is based on a 2007 Isuzu FTS750 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Varley it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Gaam MK450 pump. It was previously based at Booleroo Centre. It replaces the existing 29 year old Hino based Oodnadatta 34, which will be assessed for ongoing operational use.
