Brooker took delivery of a refurbished 34 earlier this week. The new Brooker 34 is based on a 2012 Isuzu FTS 800 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 3000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011 motor / Darley HE500 pump. It was previously based at Rendelsham. It is a replacement for the existing 27 year old Hino based Brooker 34, which will assessed for ongoing operational use.
