New 44 for Palmer

Palmer took delivery of a new 44 yesterday. The new Palmer 44 is based on a 2018 Isuzu FTS 139-260 crew chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 4000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire & Rescue it is fitted with a Deutz F3L2011W motor / Darley 2.5 AGE pump. It replaces the existing 26 year old Hino based Palmer 24, which will be evaluated for ongoing operational use.
