Refurbished BW12 for Kangaroo Island Group

Kangaroo Island Group took delivery of a refurbished BW12 today. The new KI BW12 is based on a 2009 Isuzu FVZ1400 chassis, is 6 x 4 and carries around 12,2000 litres of water. Built by Moore Engineering, it is fitted with a PTO / Darley HM500 pump. It was previously based at Onkaparinga Group. It replaces the existing 34 year old Mitsubishi based BW7, which has already been sent to salvage.
