New 44 for Koolunga

Koolunga took delivery of a new 44 today. The new Koolunga 44 is based on a 2020 Isuzu FTS 139-240 chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 4000 of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz F3L2011 motor / Darley 2.5 AGE pump. It comes fitted with an LED light bar and Engel fridge, and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It replaces the existing 26 year old Hino based Koolunga 24, which will be sent to salvage.
