New 44 for Cherry Gardens

Cherry Gardens took delivery of a new 44 last night. The new Cherry Gardens 44 is based on a 2020 Isuzu FTS 139-240 chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 4000 of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz F3L2011 motor / Darley 2.5 AGE pump. It comes fitted with an LED light bar and Engel fridge and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw. It replaces the existing 12 year old Isuzu based Cherry Gardens 34, which will be refurbished and sent to another brigade.
