Refurbished BW12 for Coorong Group

Coorong Group took delivery of a refurbished Bulk Water Carrier today. The new Coorong BW12 is based on a 2009 Isuzu FVZ1400 chassis, is 6 x 4 and carries 12,200 litres of water. Built by Moore Engineering, it is fitted with a PTO / Darley HM500 pump. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It was previously based at Barossa Group. It replaces the existing 16 year old Coorong BW7 which will be refurbished and sent to another Group. Thanks Dean Norman for the photo.
