Paringa took delivery of a reallocated URP Saturday.

The new Paringa URP is based on a 2017 Isuzu FTS 139-260 chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries around 2600 litres of water.

Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with an Isuzu AH-4HK1XYBW-01 motor, Darley LSE750 pump.

It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system.

It comes fitted with driving lights and an Engel fridge and equipped with a Stihl chainsaw.

It was previously based at Murray Bridge.

It replaces the existing 7 year old Isuzu based Paringa 34P, which will be re-allocated to another brigade.

Thanks Region 3 HQ for the photo.
