New 24P for Williamstown

Williamstown took delivery of a new 24P today. The new Williamstown 24P is based on a 2021 Isuzu FTS 139-260 chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 2000 litres of water. Built by Fraser Fire and Rescue, it is fitted with a Deutz BF4L2011W motor / Darley HE500 pump. It includes additional safety features to protect firefighters, including a halo system (water deluge system) and an in-cab breathing system. It comes fitted with an LED light bar and Engel fridge, and equipped with a range of new equipment - including a Stihl chainsaw, a Stihl quick cut saw and Ramfan Positive Pressure Ventilation (PPV) fan. It replaces the existing 22 year old Isuzu based Williamstown 24P, which will be sent to another brigade. Thanks Braeden Gatt for the photo.
