CFS joins Convoy for Kids

The SA Country Fire Service will participate in this years Convoy for Kids to be held on Sunday 14 August. The 13th Annual Convoy for Kids will depart from the Clipsal 500 track at Victoria Park Racecourse at 11am followed by an afternoon of entertainment upon the trucks return to the racecourse at around midday. The Convoy for Kids is a major fundraiser for Novita Childrens Services, and relies on the support of truck drivers, who give up their time (and trucks) to carry disabled and sick children in an enormous parade around Adelaide. Several CFS Brigades have made their trucks and crew available for the convoy. For more information on Convoy for Kids, visit www.novita.org.au
