New QAV for Bute

Bute CFS have taken delivery of a new QAV appliance - short for "Quick Attack Vehicle." The new Bute QAV is the first of a current build of Light Rural appliances - based on a Toyota Landcruiser chassis, built by Moore Engineering. The new QAV is single cab, four wheel drive, and carries 580 litres of water. The new QAV replaced the 24 year old Bute 14, a Ford F350.
