Cowell CFS has taken delivery of a refurbished 24P The new Cowell 24P is a nine year old Isuzu FTS750 Crew (twin cab) appliance, which has been refurbished after being at another CFS brigade. Cowell 24P is 4 wheel drive, carries 2000 litres of water, and is fitted with a Deutz BF4L1011F motor / Darley HE500 pump. It replaces the existing 21 year old Cowell 22
