Maaoupe CFS has taken delivery of a new 34 appliance. The new Maaoupe 34, built by Moore Engineering, is based on a single cab Hino GT chassis, is 4 wheel drive, and carries 3000 litres of water. It is fitted with a Hatz 2L40C motor / Gaam Mk300 pump. The new Maaoupe 34 was in service at another brigade, before being delivered to Maaoupe. It replaces the existing 22 year old Hino based Maaoupe 24.
