New 14 for Birdwood

Birdwood CFS has taken delivery of a new 14 appliance. The new Birdwood 14 is based on an Isuzu NPS300 chassis, is 4 x 4 and carries 1600 litres of water Built by the Tasmanian Fire Service, it is fitted with a Ruggerini MD 191 motor / Gaam 125 AG Pump It replaces the existing one year old Nissan patrol based Birdwood QRV, which has been transferred to Mt Pleasant CFS
