• Promote the role of women in the CFS
• Encourage women to join as operational and operational support volunteers
• Encourage women to undertake the full range of CFS training courses
• Encourage women to participate in the governance of the CFS
• Show the progress already made by the CFS in relation to women of the CFS, and
• Provide a forum to network
