This 44 appliance carries approximately 4000 litres of water, and is a 4 wheel drive capable vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) of 13,900 kg. They are a Dual Cab design.

This appliance is built on a 2012 Isuzu FTS800 chassis, and was built by Fraser Engineering, Lower Hutt, New Zealand. It is fitted with a Deutz F3L2011 motor coupled to a Darley 2.5 AGE pump.
